Welcome to WardrobeWizard! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing the services.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any User Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
  We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wardrobe Wizard and its licensors.
  The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
• Restrictions: You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

4. Payments and Purchases

• Marketplace: The App may allow you to purchase products from other users or third-party sellers.
  We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of these products.
• Payments: Payments for products purchased through the App must be made through the App's payment system.
  You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the App.
• Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App.
Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
